\ud83c\udfaf Your responsibilities
In your role as Front Office Specialist, you\u2019ll be the face and energy of our client\u2019s office, trusted to create smooth, elegant, and seamless experiences every day:
Welcome visitors with warmth, professionalism and efficiency
Manage incoming calls and handle correspondence (mail, parcels, couriers…)
Coordinate meeting room bookings and catering services
Support with admin tasks and light facility-related responsibilities
Assist with office supply orders and day-to-day operations
Be the go-to person for both guests and internal staff

Trilingual: fluent in Dutch, French, and English
You have a naturally welcoming attitude and strong communication skills
Detail-oriented, organised and proactive
Digital-savvy (MS Office, Outlook, and quick learner of new tools)
You present yourself with confidence, polish, and authenticity
You\u2019re reliable, independent, and committed to excellence
